How do I register for an upcoming tournament or league?
Contact the Railwood pro shop by phone or stop in to register for any tournament or league. Registration deadlines vary by event, so early sign-up is strongly recommended — popular leagues fill quickly at the start of the season.Call TodayWhat is the minimum group size for a private outing?
Most private outings at Railwood are designed for groups of 12 to 16 golfers or more. If your group is smaller or larger, contact the club to discuss your size and the formats available — we're happy to work with you to find the right fit.How far in advance should I book a corporate or group outing?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for weekend dates. Weekday dates often have more flexibility. Peak season runs from May through September and fills the fastest — if you have a specific date in mind, reach out as early as possible.Are non-members allowed to participate in club events?
Some events, like the Club Championship, are reserved for Railwood members only. Others, including group outings and select league formats, are open to registered guests or the public.
